HIRING IMMEDIATELY: FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST IN RUTHER GLEN, VIRGINIA
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Ruther Glen, VA. This individual will be responsible for handling all incoming calls, mail, conference calls, greeting all visitors and supporting the team on projects. Pay, Schedule, and Location
- Starting at $20 - $22/hour, paid weekly
- Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
- Monday - Friday | 7 am - 4:30 pm
- Located in Ruther Glen, VA
Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming calls on a 7-line phone system
- Greet all visitors, ensure they are signed in and provide visitor badges, as needed
- Assist with projects as needed
- Assist local team with administrative tasks
- Set up conference calls
- Maintain conference room reservations
- Handle UPS and FedEx orders
- Pick up and distribute mail
- Maintain and revise (as needed) distribution center contact list
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Must have previous front desk office support experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at a time
- Must be able to work standing up or sitting down for long periods of time
- Must be able to traverse and access all areas of a warehouse environment
- Must be able to work in a Distribution Center environment with a variation of temperatures
