What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist position at Curtis Contracting, Inc.?
Curtis Contracting, Inc. is currently looking for a pleasant Front Desk Receptionist to undertake all
receptionist and clerical duties. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality while
also being very perceptive and disciplined. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for
performing general administrative and clerical support to the CCI Team.
Job Responsibilities Include:
-Answer a multiline phone system, direct all calls in a professional, friendly manner and take complete
and accurate messages.
-Greet all incoming visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
-Accept deliveries and mail, organize, and distribute to the correct recipients in a timely manner.
-Assists with administrative tasks as requested by other departments within the Company
-Assists with other related clerical duties such as copying, faxing, filing
-Assists AP with invoice entry as needed
-Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies
-Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
-High school diploma
-Proven experience in a similar role
-Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
-Excellent communication, listening and computer skills
-Ability to work independently
