What will I be doing?
- Ensure patient’s needs are being met by providing quality scheduling services, seeking their input and making appropriate schedule changes as needed.
- Provide professional communication both verbal and written while providing exceptional customer service when communicating with employees, patients or Responsible Parties.
- Maintain open and consistent communication with internal and external customers via phone and email.
What do I need to bring to the job?
- Ability to read, write and speak fluently in English.
- One year previous experience with data entry.
- Experience with organization and customer service.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA standards.
