The Accounting Assistant at ACCURATE MANAGEMENT SERVICES LLC is responsible for supporting the financial operations. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial information.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Record daily transfers and deposits.
- Enter and maintain Accounts Payable entries
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts through journal entries.
- Assist the CFO with additional project work as needed.
Pay and Perks:
- Starting at: $23-$25.00/ hour

Education Requirements:
- Minimum 2 year Accounting degree.
Continuing Education Requirements:
- Complete education annually, as required by governing bodies, and/or company policies and procedures.
Additional Requirements:
- Skilled in oral and written communication.
- 1-2 years previous experience in same or similar position.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA standards.
- Skilled in operating Microsoft Office Suite, focusing on Outlook and Excel.
- Experience working in a fast paced environment.
- Experience with Sage/Intaact preferred.
- 10-key, numeric and alpha.
