We are currently seeking an experienced Auto Body Estimator / Collision Repair Estimator to join our growing team.

Responsibilities
- Write accurate collision repair estimates using CCC ONE and Mitchell
- Review vehicle damage and develop complete repair plans
- Communicate with customers and insurance adjusters throughout the repair process
- Work with Direct Repair Programs (DRPs)
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate and efficient repairs
- Monitor repair progress and keep customers informed
- Deliver exceptional customer service from estimate through vehicle delivery
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Auto Body or Collision Repair Estimator
- Experience with CCC ONE, Mitchell, and I-CAR programs
- DRP experience preferred
- Strong customer service, communication, and sales skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented with a positive, team-player attitude
- Spanish speaking preferred
- Valid California Driver's License required
Pay: $28.00 - $37.00 per hour
