We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute integrated marketing programs that drive brand awareness, pipeline growth, and customer engagement for our B2B SaaS platform. This role is ideal for a strategic marketer who is equally comfortable with planning, execution, and performance analysis in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
The Manager of Marketing will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned to business goals and revenue impact.
Demand Generation & Growth
- Plan and execute multi-channel B2B demand generation campaigns (email, paid media, content, events, webinars, ABM).
- Own marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline targets in partnership with Sales.
- Optimize lead lifecycle performance from MQL to SQL using data and insights.
Content & Messaging
- Develop and refine value propositions, positioning, and messaging for target buyer personas.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality content including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, landing pages, and sales enablement assets.
- Ensure consistent brand voice across all marketing channels.
Product & Go-to-Market
- Partner with Product and Sales to support product launches and feature releases.
- Create go-to-market plans, campaigns, and enablement materials to support adoption and revenue growth.
- Translate technical product capabilities into clear, customer-focused benefits.
Marketing Operations & Analytics
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, pipeline impact, and ROI.
- Use marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage programs and reporting.
- Continuously test, measure, and optimize marketing efforts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales on alignment, lead quality, and campaign follow-up.
- Manage external vendors, agencies, or freelancers as needed.
Event & Field Marketing
- Plan, manage, and execute B2B event marketing initiatives, including trade shows, conferences, customer events, and virtual events.
- Own end-to-end event strategy: goals, budgeting, booth presence, messaging, logistics, lead capture, and post-event follow-up.
- Partner with Sales to align on event objectives, staffing, meetings, and pipeline acceleration.
- Measure event performance and ROI, including lead quality, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact.
- Coordinate with external vendors, event organizers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
Qualifications
Required
- 7 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven experience driving demand generation and pipeline growth.
- Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys and sales cycles.
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred
- Experience supporting mid-market or enterprise SaaS sales motions.
- Familiarity with ABM strategies and lifecycle marketing.
- Strong analytical mindset with comfort presenting performance data.
- Prior experience managing budgets, vendors, or small teams.
