We are currently seeking a BDR Manager to join our downtown Chicago office located in the heart of the Loop. This person will be a critical leader within our sales organization, responsible for the recruitment, ongoing training, motivation, and performance management of a high-performing team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs). Your goal is to drive significant revenue growth by ensuring the team consistently generates, qualifies, and nurtures a robust pipeline of high-quality sales leads, ultimately accelerating new customer acquisition.
Reporting into the Director of Sales, this role will be tasked with creating and executing processes to improve results and will also be involved in all aspects of the rep’s day to day to help lead, coach and assist in the sales process.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage a team of up to 12 Business Development Representatives
- Drive revenue growth by helping your team to exceed their monthly quota
- Coach and develop reps by being an active participant on cold calls
- Develop and execute call strategies for the team
- Ensure that your team meets activity expectations and KPI’s on a daily basis
- Actively participate in sales opportunities and provide specific and actionable feedback to your team via weekly 1:1’s
- Inspire, motivate and enable individual development to promote career growth of direct reports
- Maintaining a lively, high energy, competitive and cooperative team culture that is focused on results
Your Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of sales leadership experience
- 4 years in a sales role (SaaS and B2B preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year college in business or related field, or relevant work experience
- Proven track record of exceeding quota as an individual contributor and managing sales cycles of various lengths
- Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills

Salary : $90,000 - $180,000
