As we expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled Integration Engineer to ensure the excellence and reliability of our advanced energy storage solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute system-level integration test plans for new products, ensuring that software and hardware components function together as a cohesive unit.
- Design and build test environments and automated test scripts to validate the interaction between firmware and hardware.
- Identify, document, and troubleshoot system-level issues, working closely with both hardware and embedded software engineers to drive resolution. ● Participate in hardware bring-up, verifying board functionality, and ensuring firmware compatibility.
- Develop and test new calibration sets for new product lines and applications. ● Create comprehensive documentation for integration processes, test procedures, and system configurations.
- Act as a technical interface between the hardware and software teams to facilitate communication and resolve cross-functional challenges.
Qualifications
- US Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a role that required a strong understanding of both hardware and embedded software.
- Hands-on experience with system-level testing and validation, including the use of oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters, and protocol analyzers (e.g., CAN, SPI, I2C).
- Experience in calibration processes, using tools such as ETAS INCA to update and maintain software calibrations.
- Proficiency in a scripting language such as Python for developing automated tests and analysis tools.
- Experience reading and interpreting electrical schematics and component datasheets.
- Familiarity with embedded C programming and debugging on microcontrollers (e.g., STM32, ESP32).
- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to debugging complex, integrated systems.

- Familiarity with safety-critical development standards (e.g., ISO 26262, IEC 61508).
