Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Helper based in Winchester, KY. Responsibilities include assisting team members with construction tasks such as lifting and moving materials, operating and maintaining tools, preparing job sites, and cleaning up after completion. The Construction Helper will support the team to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and up to quality standards. This role requires physical effort and a strong commitment to teamwork.
Qualifications
- Basic construction skills, including material handling, tool operation, and job site preparation
- Knowledge of safety procedures and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently under guidance
- Experience in foundation repair, crawl space solutions, or waterproofing is a plus
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform rigorous manual labor in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to get to our facility in Winchester, KY
- prepare for long hours Mobday through Friday with an average day starting at 6am and ending between 6-9pm
- OT pay at 1.5
- 18hr starting out with Advancement potential
- Some overnight stays if the job is more than 1.5 hours away
