Stakeholder Communication

  1. Support communication between IT, laboratory teams, and vendors to ensure updates and issues are clearly documented
  2. Prepare status summaries, dashboards, and risk logs for review by senior project managers
  3. Help translate technical updates into operational terms for lab users

Required Qualifications

  2. 1–3 years of experience in software or IT project coordination, ideally within healthcare, research, or regulated industries
  3. Understanding of basic Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) concepts
  4. Familiarity with project management or Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or Confluence
  5. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
