Our client, located in Ronkonkoma, is looking for a highly organized Project Manager Coordinator on a temp to hire basis. This position will support the project management team in planning, coordinating, and executing projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and has strong communication skills. The coordinator will play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly by handling administrative tasks, tracking progress, and facilitating collaboration across teams.Key Responsibilities:Administrative SupportSchedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.Maintain project documentation, reports, and records.Assist with preparing presentations and status updates.Project CoordinationSchedule phases of plans & datesTrack project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.Monitor task assignments and follow up with team members.Help identify risks and escalate issues to Project Managers.CommunicationAct as a liaison between Project Managers and team members.Draft and distribute project communications and updates.Ensure stakeholders are informed of progress and changes.Data & ReportingCollect and analyze project data for reporting purposes.Maintain dashboards and trackers for project performance.Support budget tracking and resource allocation.Prepare detailed project health check-in reportsQualifications:Associates/bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field (preferred).1–3 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or similar role.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (Innergy)Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities.
