Salary: $48,000–$52,000 annually
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable:
- Monitor accounts receivable activity daily to ensure timely and accurate payments
- Identify outstanding balances and proactively follow up on past‑due accounts
- Perform B2B collections and maintain professional customer relationships
- Review credit hold accounts and coordinate releases with internal teams
- Investigate open invoices, payment history, and discrepancies
- Apply, reconcile, and adjust customer payments and credits accurately
- Maintain detailed customer account notes and records
- Prepare AR aging, collection activity, and cash flow reports
- Support forecasting and AR process improvement initiatives
Accounts Payable:
- Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents
- Review invoices for proper approvals, coding, and compliance
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Manage vendor inquiries and maintain positive supplier relationships
- Prepare and process payments (ACH, checks, wire transfers)
- Assist with month‑end close activities related to AP
- Support AP process improvements and efficiency initiatives
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Accounting, or a related finance role
- Prior experience in AR, AP, or a blended accounting analyst position
- Strong understanding of billing, collections, and/or invoice processing workflows
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting
- Experience with accounting software or ERP systems preferred
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently
Pay: $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
