About the RoleACCSCIENT is looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Generalist to support HR operations across ACCSCIENT and its portfolio companies. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys partnering with leaders, supporting employees throughout the employee lifecycle, and driving operational excellence while ensuring compliance and an outstanding employee experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, HRIS administration, and employee records.
- Administer employee benefits and respond to HR-related inquiries.
- Support recruitment activities, interview coordination, and new hire onboarding.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce metrics.
- Partner with managers on employee relations and day-to-day HR guidance.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Support audits, HR projects, training initiatives, and continuous process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 4 years of HR Generalist experience.
- Experience with ADP or other HRIS platforms preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, benefits administration, and employment compliance.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
- Experience supporting multiple business units is preferred.
- Accurate and efficient HR operations.
