- Support the accounting team, with day to day operations including bank reconciliations
- Review journal entries, account reconciliations and manage financial transactions
- Manage the monthly, quarterly and year-end close, ensuring financial statements are prepared timely and accurately
- Assist with interim and annual audits, working with internal and external teams
- Analyze financial statements and provide insights and recommendations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
- Create process improvements and set KPI's
- 4 years of accounting/ finance experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment, familiarity with factory accounting is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
