- Supports daily operations by maintaining critical low-voltage infrastructure across multiple sites
- Provides technical expertise in configuring, upgrading, and troubleshooting CCTV, access control, network devices, and security software
- Enhances the living experience of residents by ensuring secure, well-maintained, and technology-enabled communities
- 2 years of experience with CCTV and Access Control systems (highly preferred)
- Skilled in installing, servicing, and troubleshooting low-voltage security systems (CCTV, intrusion detection, intercoms)
- Familiarity with:
- Mechanical door hardware
- LAN setup including routers, switches, and wireless equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Clear communicator and well-organized with digital ticketing systems (for tracking work orders and service updates)
