- The role will serve as a key partner to business leaders, helping educate and guide them on recruiting process, tools, market data, and best practices.
- This person will manage critical recruiting activity including sourcing, interview coordination, offer process support, and candidate communication.
- Maintaining clean, accurate data in the applicant tracking system will be essential to keeping the recruiting process organized and visible.
- A strong candidate experience will be a major focus, ensuring candidates stay informed, engaged, and supported throughout the process.
- 2 years of professional recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-volume environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
- Experience managing recruiting processes from intake through offer, including candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer support.
- Strong ability to partner with hiring leaders, provide market insight, and maintain professionalism in an ambiguous or fast-moving setting.
- Workday or similar ATS experience is helpful, with transportation, logistics, freight brokerage, or related industry experience considered a plus.
