- Help manage workers’ compensation, benefits and fringe benefit requirements.
- Maintain compliance across multiple states and employee populations.
- Create stability and continuity across essential payroll and employee administration functions.
- Hands-on payroll experience with the ability to independently manage day-to-day processing and issue resolution.
- Experience supporting benefits, workers’ compensation and fringe benefit administration.
- Multi-state payroll experience
- Acquisition or employee integration experience strongly preferred.
- Union payroll experience is helpful but not required.
- Detail-oriented, responsive and comfortable working in a lean, growing organization.
