- Plays an important role in connecting technical data work to real business decisions
- Advanced business analyst background with strong Power BI dashboarding and visualization experience
- Ability to gather requirements, understand business context, and translate needs into practical analytics solutions
- Experience supporting FP&A, operations, service delivery, or business performance reporting
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work between technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders
- Background in HVAC, field services, multi-location operations, or other service-based businesses would be highly valuable
