Job Details
- Minimum 12 years of overall software development experience, with 10 years in Salesforce.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Prior experience mentoring and leading development teams in a Tech Lead capacity.
- Salesforce Clouds: Deep hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud. Data Cloud experience is a plus.
- Development: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Flow, Process Builder.
- Integrations: Experience building integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and event-driven patterns.
- DevOps / Deployment: Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, version control, and release management tools such as Copado or Gearset.
- Data Management: Experience with data migration, governance, and maintaining high-quality data in Salesforce.
- Hands-On Implementation: Ability to design and implement solutions directly, rather than only providing architectural guidance.
- Strong plus
Experience working in digital media or ad tech since the system integrates with ad servers and ad exchanges. - Salesforce certifications are a plus (e.g., Platform Developer II, Marketing Cloud Consultant).
