Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects from planning, requirement gathering, and execution to go-live and post-deployment support
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to define scope, priorities, and success metrics
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, status reports, and budgets
- Facilitate project meetings, ensure clear communication, and manage expectations with all stakeholders
- Identify risks and dependencies, escalate issues proactively, and drive mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices, governance processes, and security standards
- Support change management, user training, and adoption efforts
- Oversee testing cycles including SIT, UAT, and end-user validation
- 5 years of experience in Project Management with at least 3 years managing Salesforce projects
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, configuration, and integrations
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Agile methodology and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
