We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeping Attendant to ensure the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall maintenance of residential (short term rentals) and/or commercial (motel) properties. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, and surface cleaning using appropriate cleaning products
- Implement proper sanitation procedures to ensure hygiene standards are met or exceeded
- Manage laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, making beds, and organizing linens
- Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and disinfect surfaces regularly to prevent contamination and promote health safety standards
- Communicate effectively with management to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, and the proper use of cleaning products and equipment
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and complete assignments promptly
- Excellent communication skills to address customer needs courteously and professionally
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings while maintaining high-quality standards
