What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fitness Coach l Accountability Coach position at Accountability Coach?
Personal Trainer Wanted — Weekday Mornings, My Home Gym
Job Type: Part-time, Contract
Schedule: 3-4 mornings/week, 7:30-9:00 AM, weekdays (~6-8 hrs/week)
Location: Must be willing to travel to me — I have a home gym set up.
Pay: $25 per hour for in-person trainings
About the Job:
Looking for a trainer to help me lose weight, build muscle, and actually stick to a routine for once. I've got a home gym, so you'd come to me. This is about more than just workouts though — I need someone who'll help me to get up early, stay consistent with food and habits too, not just show up and count reps.
What You'd Do:
Train me in-person 3-4x/week, 7:30-9:00 AM on weekdays, at my house.
Build a workout plan that actually gets results (weight loss muscle)
Keep it simple, track progress and adjust as I progress
Send me simple grocery lists and easy recipes I can realistically cook (I am a business owner and constantly on the go so easy, quick meals or meal prep)
Be cool with filming sessions of me for social media and personal use (form checks / progress tracking)
Text me here and there during the day — reminders to eat at set time, drink water, and talk me down when I'm craving a Dunkin' iced coffee or something sweet
What I'm Looking For:
Certified trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA) but not required
Real experience with weight loss strength training
Bonus if you know your way around nutrition coaching
Someone reliable who won't flake on early mornings
Comfortable texting throughout the day for accountability
Motivating but honest — I need someone who'll push me, not just cheerlead
To Apply:
Tell me about your certifications, experience with similar goals, and confirm you meet all requirements. Hours are not flexible. I work full time and am exhausted after work each day so working out in the evening won't work for me.
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
Salary : $25
