Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure that all PPE is always worn by all employees
- Ensure that all employees operate in a safe manner.
- Verify that quality standards are being applied and followed.
- Assist with quality checks as required.
- Monitor and work with the manufacturing areas to attain the daily production goals.
- Ensure that break schedules are being followed, which includes monitoring length.
- Ensure that all finished goods are properly moved to the assigned areas.
- Assist with material movement on the floor with forklift.
- Must uphold company policy and work in the stated direction of the management team.
- Oversee training of all manufacturing personnel on shift.
- Oversee all areas on the shop floor, including quality, materials, and maintenance.
- Required to verify that all production reporting is done correctly and on time. This includes the boards located in the work cells.
- Ensure that the plant is always clean, and that 5s is being followed.
- Required to meet daily with management to review the previous day and get any new projects for the day.
- End of shift, detailed report to management team.
- Any additional duties assigned by management.
