Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Housekeeping, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
- Work closely with other housekeeping staff to ensure the hotel provides exceptional services to all guests.
- Service all guest rooms daily ensuring their coffee station and tables are re-stocked.
Qualifications
- Previous Housekeeping experience an asset
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
