We're looking for individuals who are passionate about people and driven to make a difference. Ideal candidates have:
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in talent acquisition.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Experience with HR databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent communication skills and computer literacy (including but not limited to MS office)
- The ability to organize recruitment events like job fairs.
