Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, acute-level nursing care in a home setting as part of the Hospital at Home program
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary
- Monitor patient status and respond to changes in condition with strong clinical judgment
- Deliver advanced clinical interventions while ensuring patient safety and satisfaction
- Accurately document care in electronic medical records (EMR)
- Adhere to program workflows, response expectations, and professional standards
- Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Recent hospital-based experience required (Acute Care, ICU, ER, or Step-Down)
- Experience in high-acuity home health or complex medical care strongly preferred
- Proven ability to collaborate within interdisciplinary clinical teams
- Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills
- Comfort with mobile technology and electronic documentation systems
