Position SummaryProvide high quality personal care to clients based on an individualized Plan of Care, ensuring safety, comfort, and overall wellbeing.
Responsibilities-
Assist clients with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and daily living activities

Perform basic health monitoring, including vital signs and medication reminders

Provide light housekeeping support
