AccordCare, an ACHC accredited agency, is seeking experienced Home Care Liaisons to join our sales team in Broward County.
As a Private Duty Home Care Sales Liaison, you will
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and influencers
- Develop a network of repeat home care referrals to meet monthly admission goals
- Manage and grow active relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and other key stakeholders
- Implement marketing and sales strategies to generate new business opportunities
Qualifications
- Active book of business
- Strong community and professional contacts within the geographic market
- Minimum 2 years of healthcare sales experience, with knowledge of healthcare partners and the industry
- Understanding of sales techniques and the ability to develop strategies to achieve sales quotas
- Basic knowledge of physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, case management, and discharge planning services
- Ability to regularly travel within the assigned territory and attend sales meetings
