Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional nursing care tailored to individual patient needs.
- Administer medications, treatments, and medical procedures as prescribed.
- Monitor and document patient conditions and communicate updates with the care team.
- Collaborate with family members and caregivers to provide education and support.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and positive environment for patients.
- Comply with all state regulations and organizational policies regarding home health care.
- Current and valid New York State RN license.
- CPR certification (required).
- Prior experience in home care or a similar setting (preferred).
- Strong clinical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently while adhering to care plans and protocols.
- Compassionate, reliable, and excellent communication skills.
- Flexible scheduling available to accommodate your needs.
- Hourly morning and evening shifts.
- Hourly shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours.
