General Responsibilities
Essential Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute growth marketing strategies that increase revenue through disciplined analysis of market and performance data
- Analyze channel performance to determine ROI by market and identify optimization opportunities across short term and long term initiatives
- Design localized marketing strategies aligned with consumer behavior, competitive dynamics, and referral patterns
- Drive organic growth through SEO, digital marketing strategy, social media, and related channels
- Evaluate and prioritize marketing investments including digital advertising, out of home media, and community visibility efforts
- Create and maintain performance dashboards to track campaign effectiveness, lead quality, and cost efficiency
- Partner with sales and operational teams to deliver consistent, qualified inbound lead flow that supports market growth
- Five to six or more years of experience in healthcare marketing, growth marketing, or marketing analytics
- Proven experience leading demand generation and performance marketing initiatives
- Strong analytical capability with demonstrated ROI focus
- Experience within healthcare service environments, with home care strongly preferred
- Ability to translate data insights into scalable, repeatable marketing programs
