What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Specialist - Medical Device position at Accordance Search Group?
Summary:
The Clinical Specialist covers cases and provides training to the surgical team on safe and effective uses of the device.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical case coverage as assigned
- Support sales and marketing initiatives
- Trains the surgical team to assist in good patient outcomes and verbally supports cases during training period
- Develop technical acumen to serve as an educational and clinical resource.
- Demonstrate appropriate interactions with all healthcare providers.
- Maintain and prepare equipment/kits for surgery and quality control audits.
Qualifications:
- Experience in minimally invasive spine procedures utilizing fluoroscopy, CT and MRI is required.
- Customer relationship and procedural skill development experience
- High School Diploma or GED or Associate’s Degree with a minimum 4 years in a clinical specialist or related medical role, preferably in a medical device company; or
- A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years in a clinical specialist or related medical role, preferably in a medical device company.
- Must live within 1 hours ofGreen Bay
- Travel – up to 75%, driving and flying regionally (Midwest), with 2-3overnights per week on average
Comp / Benefits:
- Base $90k $20k Variable Bonus at plan (Paid out quarterly)- Total $110k OTE
