Capital Equipment medical device sales for a market leader in the space. Selling sophisticated technology into the non-acute care / office based call point, for the premium brand market leader. Field based, not "on call". OTE $230K
GEOGRAPHY: Houston, Austin, San Antonio
CANDIDATE LOCATION: Houston or Austin
COMPENSATION:
- $70-75K base plus commissions on capital equipment sales
- $5K commission guarantee for 3 months, plus additional incentives month 4-6
- Year 1 average earnings $135-150 (b/c ramp up time with capital sales process)
- On Target Earnings: $230K
- Car Allowance: $600 per month, plus gas, tolls, parking
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 2 full Years of Outside Sales Experience
- Experience in B2B high volume / daily activity
- Capital Equipment Sales a plus
- Track record of sustained success, year over year (at the same company)
- Experience selling "consultatively, to create value". NOT selling exclusively on price or relationships.
- Understand of capital financing helpful
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (last 3 years)
