Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master / Project Manager with Payments domain expertiseand will be responsible for managing and guiding agile teams, ensuring the successful delivery of payments-related projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery within scope, time, budget, and quality constraints.
- Coordinate with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to prioritize and manage the product backlog.
- Remove impediments to team progress and ensure smooth communication across teams.
- Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and communicate status to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with payments industry regulations, security standards, and best practices.
- Apply payments domain knowledge to understand technical requirements, risks, and opportunities.
- Drive process improvements and foster an agile mindset within the organization.
- Proven 10 experience as a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager in the payment’s domain.
- Strong knowledge of payment systems, cryptocurrencies, banking APIs, and related technologies.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent agile certification.
- Experience with agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards such as PCI DSS, PSD2, GDPR etc.
- Technical background in software development or payments infrastructure.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) used in payments solutions.
