We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our Enterprise Technology team.
In this role, you will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions that enhance our IT service management capabilities, streamline operations, and improve employee experiences across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop ServiceNow applications (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, or CSM)
- Configure and customize ServiceNow workflows, UI policies, business rules, and scripts
- Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems (Active Directory, SAP, Workday, etc.)
- Develop REST/SOAP APIs for seamless data exchange
- Implement automated workflows to improve IT service delivery
- Support ServiceNow upgrades and platform enhancements
- Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices and the company's security standards
- 9 years of ServiceNow development experience
- Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, or ITBM)
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration methods
- Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) preferred
- Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting
