What are the responsibilities and job description for the QMAP-Dayshift (7am-7pm) Sunday-Wednesday OR Wednesday-Saturday position at Accolade Living Centers?
Here at Point of The Pines Gardens Assisted Living Facility, we pride ourselves on person-centered care. We are advocates in providing a stable long-term living environment for Medicaid clients. With such a diverse client base, we are looking to add adaptable and self-motivated QMAPs to our team.

What to expect:
Our QMAPs aid our residents by accurately passing them medications in a timely fashion. . They will monitor the resident care plans of what they are expected to complete in their daily medication pass duties, monitor resident activities and behaviors (charting will be necessary), and complete duties assigned by the facilities Resident Care Coordinator/Administrator. We do have day shifts available throughout the week, both lasting a duration of 12 hours with a 1-hour lunch (7a-7p).
