Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and techniques
- Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting surfaces, sanitizing bathrooms, and ensuring kitchens are spotless
- Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care
- Care for flooring through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, and performing specialized carpet cleaning when needed
- Manage trash removal and recycling to keep environments tidy and odor-free
- Provide excellent customer service by respecting clients’ privacy, listening to their specific needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with every visit
- Follow safety protocols for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment to promote a safe working environment
Qualifications
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or janitorial work is preferred; hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, sanitation practices, and carpet cleaning methods
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Basic familiarity with laundry processes and household maintenance tasks such as cooking or basic household chores is advantageous
- Reliable transportation to reach various client locations on schedule
- A proactive attitude with attention to detail to ensure every home is cleaned to the highest standards
