Acco Cleaning Service is looking for motivated, outgoing, and self-driven Sales Associates to help expand our residential and commercial cleaning business. If you enjoy meeting new people, building relationships, and earning income based on your performance, this opportunity is for you!
As a Sales Associate, you'll connect with homeowners, property managers, real estate professionals, Airbnb hosts, offices, salons, and local businesses to introduce our professional cleaning services and generate new clients.
Compensation
Our commission structure rewards both new business and long-term customer relationships:
- 15% commission on every new client's first cleaning.
- 10% recurring commission on every recurring cleaning as long as the client remains active.
The more recurring clients you bring in, the more residual monthly income you can build.
Responsibilities
- Generate new residential and commercial cleaning clients.
- Network with real estate agents, property managers, Airbnb hosts, and local businesses.
- Follow up with leads provided by the company.
- Conduct basic consultations and schedule estimates.
- Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity.
- Represent Acco Cleaning Service with professionalism and integrity.
- Meet monthly sales goals.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Sales, customer service, or marketing experience preferred but not required.
- Comfortable networking and building relationships.
- Reliable transportation for local networking and meetings.
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule.
