Role Description
Behavior Technicians provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents up to age 21 in homes, schools, daycares, clinics, and community settings.
You will:
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy
- Follow treatment plans created by a BCBA®
- Implement teaching and behavior programs
- Document therapy sessions
- Assist with parent training
- Travel to client locations (paid travel time may apply)
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience working with children
- Reliable, punctual, and organized
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional and motivated
- Must pass all required PA clearances:
- PA Child Abuse Clearance
- PA Criminal Background Check
- FBI Fingerprinting
- Federal & County criminal checks
- Sex Offender Registry check
- PA driver’s license check
- No sanctions/exclusions from Medicaid, Medicare, or federally funded programs
- Ability to commute to Lancaster, 17602(Required)
- Ability to relocate before starting work if not local (Required)
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Day shift(M-F 8:30am-5pm)
- Evening Shift(M-F 12:30pm-7pm)
- Part-time/Full-time: 15–37.5 hours/week
