Job Description
Mission: To guarantee that all the products, materials, and services necessary for project execution are available and meet the required quality standards, while being acquired at the best possible cost.
Functions
- Prepare requests for proposals (RFPs) for subcontractors by analyzing technical and commercial documentation.
- Coordinate with other departments to develop the project procurement strategy.
- Analyzing quotes and generating technical and economic comparison tables.
- Negotiating with suppliers.
- Placing orders.
- Global search, management and evaluation of suppliers.
- Supplier evaluation and report generation using KPIs and data to optimize processes.
- Price and trend analysis.
- Experience: At least 7 years of experience managing procurement
- Degree in: Architecture, Technical Architecture or Building Engineering, or a similar technical background.
- Proficiency in the fundamental concepts and practical applications of artificial intelligence.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office. Experience with SAP, Jaggaer, Power BI and other procurement tools is advantageous.
- Previous experience in the cultural/interior design sector is also advantageous.
- Availability to travel for periods of 1–2 weeks.
- Analytical mindset and experience of working with data analysis tools.
