You’re proactive, independent, and comfortable owning full-cycle recruiting end to end. You stay calm under pressure, know how to prioritize when everything feels urgent, and aren’t afraid to challenge assumptions using data and market insight.You’re comfortable working independently and communicate clearly across time zones, and bring good judgment to how decisions get made.
