- Following radiation protection protocols to ensure safety
- Maintaining detailed records of treatments and patient responses
- Conducting treatment sessions independently under physician guidance
- Adjusting equipment controls and entering treatment data
- Monitoring and reassuring patients during procedures and reporting unusual reactions
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Completion of an accredited Radiation Therapy program
- At least one year of recent experience as a Radiation Therapist
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC); ARRT certification preferred
- Strong critical thinking, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Proficiency in PC skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Physical ability to move equipment and remain stationary as needed
- Effective collaboration with diverse healthcare personnel
- Ability to work under pressure and handle irregular activity schedules
