- Assess patients recovering from anesthesia and surgery, monitor vital signs and recovery progress
- Administer medications and treatments following post-anesthesia protocols
- Maintain patient safety, comfort, and document clinical observations accurately
- Respond promptly to emergencies, collaborate with surgical and healthcare teams, and develop discharge plans
- Operate PACU equipment and ensure seamless patient handoffs between units
- Minimum one year of recent PACU RN experience
- Valid RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to move equipment and assist patients, with visual acuity and technical proficiency
- Participate in patient education, documentation, and emergency response
- Work effectively with diverse personnel, handle irregular schedules, and maintain professionalism
