- Evaluating the effectiveness of care delivered by team members
- Coordinating patient care across departments
- Upholding patient rights and confidentiality
- Performing duties aligned with organizational mission, values, and standards
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN)
- Current RN license in the state of practice, meeting all licensure requirements
- Completion of required certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS) and hospital competencies within specified timeframes
- Strong clinical judgment and coordination skills
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
- Ability to evaluate and improve care quality
- Adherence to confidentiality and professional standards
- Full-time night shift (7pm-7am, three shifts per week)
