Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN licensure by the Alabama Board of Nursing
- BLS certification obtained within 1 month of hire, from AHA or Red Cross
- Diploma from an accredited nursing program
- Deliver patient-centered nursing care
- Coordinate multidisciplinary team efforts
- Follow physician and nurse directives
- Assess and plan for patient discharge needs
