Qualifications & Skills
- Graduation from an accredited NP or PA program with national certification
- At least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience in the past 5 years, or 1 year plus a fellowship/urgent care experience
- Licensed in Washington at start date
- Strong communication skills, a passion for human-centered care, adaptability, and teamwork orientation
- Comfort with technology and navigating uncertain situations confidently
- Manage a patient panel, providing comprehensive care for a variety of needs
- Conduct in-office, testing center, and telehealth visits
- Participate in ongoing professional development and team collaboration
- Perform in-office procedures as trained
- Obtain additional licensure for virtual care across states as needed
