Pay Rate: $21.00 - $23.00 Hourly
Schedule: Monday Friday: 8:30 a.m. 4:30 p.m.

Working closely with the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities and the Office of Mental Health, we support 27 housing locations and 3 administrative buildings.
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive employee to provide administrative support to the Agencys DDABI programs.
Responsibilities:

- Assist with intake and discharge of participants as assigned
- Develop, update, and assist with maintaining program documents in multiple databases and Electronic Health Records (EHRs)
- Track eVero and AWARDS/Foothold reports and notifications for Program Managers and Directors; follow up for timely completion
- Maintain/monitor DDP2s, request updates from Program Managers and update in the OPWDD CHOICES database
- Assist with submissions and review of documentation in AWARDS and eVero, ensure timely completion of mandated billing criteria
- Assist program staff to ensure all billing submitted is submitted on time to finance and meets billing criteria and regulations
- Review department processes, as assigned, in conjunction with the Quality Enhancement department, to assist in ensuring compliance with regulatory oversight and Agency policy
- Prepare annual participant/family surveys for all DD/ABI programs, monitor service satisfaction, and ensure services areas of need are addressed
- Provide administrative support for the committee, including attending meetings, keeping meeting minutes and tracking follow-up, as needed
- Maintain participant file information
- Monitor functioning of office equipment; follow up with vendor/Agency staff, as needed
- Follow Agency guidelines for ordering supplies and managing inventory of medical, health and personal related items, PPE, gloves, and general office supplies
- Observe confidentiality and safeguards all participant related information
- Follow Agency standards and procedures
- Maintain compliance with applicable training, rules, and regulations
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies
- Perform Other Duties as Assigned
Education/Experience:
High school diploma/GED, required. Must be able to independently perform administrative duties and have proficient computer skills with DD/ABI programs and databases, including, but not limited to: Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Concur. Experience with eVero/AWARDS/Foothold, preferred. Excellent written and verbal skills required. Administrative assistant training and/or DD/ABI experience, preferred.
Conditions of Employment:
Must have a valid New York State drivers license in accordance with the Agency Vehicle and Driving policy, and transportation necessary to meet program needs.
