Speech Language Pathologist (full-time or part-time (20-30 hours/week) offering available)
Up to *$7,500 Sign-on Bonus* based on hours worked
Reports to: Director of Clinic Services
Location: 1603 Court Street, Syracuse, NY 13208
Schedule: Monday – Friday, hours based on participants needs (Many of our therapists work a 4-day work week!) Our clinic is open from 8am-6pm.
Pay Rate: $33.66-$38.50 per hour

Our focus is supporting individuals by ways of residential housing, mental health and clinical services, and immersing our participants in community engagement. Working closely with the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities and the Office of Mental Health, we support 27 housing locations and 3 administrative buildings.
About The Role
We are looking for a proactive employee to practice and provide SLP services to children and adults with a range of developmental, physical and/or health related disabilities.
Responsibilities Include
Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology; NYS license required. Maintain continuing education and current licensure. CCC and ATP are required.
Conditions of Employment
Must possess a valid driver’s license and transportation necessary to meet program needs. Must be able to lift 75 pounds. Must be willing to have a flexible schedule based on therapy needs of assigned caseload.

- Evaluations and revaluations for individuals on caseload
- Development of Plan of Care (POC)
- Provision of Speech Therapy treatment
- Maintaining knowledge of Augmentative and Alternative Communication, Assistive Technology, and Early Intervention, best practices and implements as appropriate
- Completing treatment plans, evaluations, billing forms, and discharge summaries
- Performing home evaluations or trainings
