Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Support Services Supervisor based in Indianapolis, IN. The role involves supervising and supporting team members to deliver person-centered services effectively. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing staff schedules, monitoring service quality, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, and providing guidance to address challenges in service delivery. Collaboration with clients, families, and other professionals to maintain individualized support plans is a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and scheduling skills to manage and coordinate staff activities
- Leadership, team management, and supervisory experience
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff, clients, and families
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address service delivery challenges
- Experience in fields such as social work, behavioral therapy, or healthcare is a plus
- Knowledge of Family Supports Waiver and Community Integration and Habilitation Waiver services is beneficial
- Proficiency with documentation, compliance processes, and electronic record-keeping systems
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field
