Job Responsibilities:
- Education and assisting clients on our products & services.
- Obtaining qualifying medical documentation and insurance benefits for products.
- Ability to deliver great customer experiences in a retail setting.
What We are Looking for:
- · Customer Service or Retail experience
- · Strong people skills, approachable, good listener, and empathetic
- · Ability to multitask and stay organized
- · Knowledge and experience with durable medical equipment (preferred)
- · Knowledge and experience with DME billing (preferred)
- Experience or ability to learn assembly/adjustment of equipment
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

- High school or equivalent (Required)

- DME: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 3 years (Required)
