Quality Control Associate
Job Description:
Formulate and manage the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures and systems pertaining to the QA/QC.
Coordinate and manage CIMS implementation and coordination as it relates to products and services.
Identify quality standards needing improvement and develop enhanced process’ resulting in a higher quality product produced under more efficient methods.
Effectively interact with Service and Development teams to maintain service contracts
Manage and maintain the Company’s quality inspection process
Establish protocols for carrying out tests and checks and ensure there proper application.
Collaborate with operations and purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers and subcontractors.
Conduct periodic reviews with customers to solicit and compile feedback data.
Ensure tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated.
Administer, collect and analyze performance data and chart against defined parameters.
Set up and maintain controls and documentation procedures.
Prepare quality related reports and presentations.
Qualifications:
Minimum High School Diploma with 5 years’ experience or AA with 10 years’ experience.
Quality System specialist. ISO 900, CIMS and/or CARF experience a plus.
Passion for quality, “lean” efficiencies and customer service.
Ability to facilitate multiple priorities.
Excellent oral and written communications skills.
Ambition to grow with our changing and evolving environment.
Must have an excellent driving record and valid license. Some travel is required.
